Delivery Terms
Shipping to destinations in Greece
Shipments to all Greek destinations are effected to selected address with courier company Courier Center, ACS or BoxNow and are free of charge for orders valued 90,00€ or more, regardless of the quantity of your order. For orders valued less than 90,00€, shipping charges are as here below:
Via Courier Center
4.00€ up to 2 kg + 1.00€/each extra kg
4.00€ up to 2 kg + 1.00€/each extra kg
On all the above charges there is a surcharge of 2.50€ only in case of payment by cash on delivery.
Via BoxNow
3.00€ up to 2 kg + 1.00€/each extra kg
International Shipping
For international destinations out of Greece, you can chose between the following shipping methods, according to the delivery time and cost:
Hellenic Post (ELTA)
DHL Economy (within EU)
DHL Express
The shipping charge for the above options varies according to the destination country, the chosen delivery method and the total weight (or volume weight) of each order's products. The shipping cost of each product is displayed on its page, in the "Shipping & Handling" section.
For all deliveries outside of the European Union except the United States of America, extra charges such as Customs and Import Taxes, are not collected by us during checkout. These costs are calculated, depending on each country's import legislation, at the arrival of the delivery at the destination country and are to be covered by the customer. Only US deliveries are charged DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) on checkout therefore all Customs Duties and Import Taxes are pre-collected and prepaid by us.
Shipping/delivery time
Our main concern is the effective and fast service of our customers. Our goal is to provide the best quality products in the market, at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivery times.
Most orders are shipped during the day they were placed on, as long as they are placed before 12:00 (local time) of a working day and there is no availability issue or any other cause of delay (eg. await Bank Transfer verification or the need to verify the identification/ shipping details of the customer).
For destinations within Greece, the time it takes for a product to be delivered to your door after it is shipped from our warehouse depends on the courier company and is usually 1-2 working days.
For the rest of the international shipments, the delivery time is 7-10 working days for shipments with Greek Post (ELTA), 4-8 working days for shipments with DHL Economy and 2-4 working days for shipments with DHL Express.
In case a product is not available immediately, you will be timely notified about the estimated delivery time by our sales department.
