Shipping to destinations in Greece

Shipments to all Greek destinations are effected to the address you have defined using the courier company “Courier Center” or “ACS” and are free of charge for orders valued € 90,00 or more, regardless of the quantity of your order. For orders valued less than € 90,00, the shipping charge is as herebelow:

Via Courier Center

€ 3.00 up to 2 kg + € 1.00/each extra kg

Via ACS

Within the City € 3.50 up to 2 kg + € 1.00/each extra kg

Within the City - It concerns the receipt, transfer and delivery of shipments within the same city. Shipments within the prefectures of Attica (from N. Attica to N. Attica) and Thessaloniki (from N. Thessaloniki to N. Thessaloniki) are considered within the city with the exception of any inaccessible areas.

Land destinations € 3.50 up to 2 kg + € 1.00/each extra kg

Refers to the receipt, transfer and delivery of shipments to Land Destinations of the ACS network.

Island Destinations € 3.50 up to 2 kg + € 1.00/each extra kg

Refers to the receipt, transfer and delivery of shipments to Island Destinations of the ACS network.

Inaccessible Areas € 5.50 up to 2 kg + € 1.50/each extra kg

Areas outside the boundaries of the main cities of the ACS network are designated as inaccessible destinations, defined in the official ACS price list, and listed on the website https://www.acscourier.net/el/pricelist

On all the above charges there is a surcharge of €2.50 only in case of payment by cash on delivery.

International Shipping

For international destinations out of Greece, you can chose between the following shipping methods, according to the delivery time and cost:

·       Greek Post (ELTA)

·       DHL Economy (Europe)

·       DHL Express

The shipping charge for the above options varies according to the destination country, the chosen delivery method and the total weight (or volume weight) of each order's products. The shipping cost of each product is displayed on its page, in the "Shipping & Handling" section.

Any extra charges that might arise during the arrival of the package in the destination country (eg. custom's clearance charges) are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping/delivery time

Our main concern is the effective and fast service of our customers. Our goal is to provide the best quality products in the market, at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivery times.

Most orders are shipped during the day they were placed on, as long as they are placed before 12:00 (local time) of a working day and there is no availability issue or any other cause of delay (eg. await Bank Transfer verification or the need to verify the identification/ shipping details of the customer).

For destinations within Greece, the time it takes for a product to be delivered to your door after it is shipped from our warehouse depends on the courier company and is usually 1-2 working days.

For the rest of the international shipments, the delivery time is 7-10 working days for shipments with Greek Post (ELTA), 4-8 working days for shipments with DHL Economy and 2-4 working days for shipments with DHL Express.

In case a product is not available immediately, you will be timely notified about the estimated delivery time by our sales department.
