Return & Exchange Policy

Changes on OnLine purchased products can also be effected at the "So What Leather Sandals" store locate here. If you wish to change or return the product you purchased - and only if the product has not been used - you should contact us at info@greek-leather-sandals.com or by phone at +30 210 3213013 within 14 days from the date of receipt and send the product back within 3 days from the date of contact with the our refund department. Changes or returns and refunds cannot be effected on products that have been modified from their original condition (color, holes, size) either by the customer or by us instructed by the customer.

Exchanges within Greece

For orders within Greece, the first replacement is free of charge, provided the original order cost is equal or exceeds 50.00€. In any other case, as well for any additional replacements the surcharge is 6,50€ and is paid by cash on delivery.

Exchanges outside of Greece

For orders placed outside Greece within the European Union, customer bears the cost for the return shipment and must also pay standard shipping rates for the replacement item (depending on the destination country). Exchanges are not available for orders placed outside the European Union, as the costs associated with shipping, duties, and customs for both the return and the re-shipment far exceed the value of the products.

Incorrect shipments / defective products

If the product you received does not coincide with the product of your order or is faulty, you should contact us at info@greek-leather-sandals.com or by phone at +30 210 3213013 within 5 days of the date of receipt and send the product within 3 days of your date of contact with the refund department. In this case, replacement is free of any charge for the customer.

Refund / Right of Withdrawal

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with something else, you should contact us at info@greek-leather-sandals.com or by phone at +30 210 3213013 within 14 days from the date of receipt and carry out the product return within 14 days from your contact date with the refund department. Once the return has been received and we conclude that the product has not been used and is in its original condition, you will be refunded the total amount of the product value you paid, excluding shipping costs and cash on delivery surcharges (if applicable). If the payment has been effected with cash on delivery, the refund will be effected to an IBAN account indicated by the customer, preferably of Eurobank, Alpha Bank or Piraeus Bank. In the case of any other bank, domestic or not, the remittance costs are borne entirely by the customer. Refund must be effected within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product by us.

In case of a refund, the customer is charged for the return of the product, as the return of the product should be done at your own expense. If you are in Greece and you choose to return the product via our Courier service with recipient charge, the amount of € 5.00 per dispatch will be deducted from the total refund amount, respectively, to cover transportation costs.

Also, in the case of a free of charge first product change prior to the refund, there will be an extra charge of € 5.00 to cover the cost of the change transportation, which will be effected via the deduction of the amount from the total refund amount.

In the event of a refund, customer is responsible for the cost of returning the order, while in case a free exchange for that specific order has previously taken place, an extra charge of €5.00 applies to cover the shipping costs of that exchange. If you are located in Greece and choose to return your order via a partner courier service with charges billed to the recipient, a fee of €5.00 per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover transportation costs. These amounts are withheld from the refund total.

If you are located outside Greece but within the European Union, you are responsible for the cost of returning the order, while if you are located outside the European Union, you are also responsible for Customs Import Duties, Taxes and Clearance costs, which unfortunately almost always exceed the cost of the products themselves.
