COVID-19, Shipping, Returns & Security

 In the difficult days we are going through, continues to serve its customers with respect and love, working tirelessly for their service!

 Following the government's decision to suspend physical stores operation and allow them only to service customers via click away, the e-commerce and courier industry is experiencing a particularly high demand that brings the supply chain system to its limits and affects the service experience as perceived by the  customer.

 For this purpose we have composed the following (answers to the most frequently asked questions of our customers FAQ):

 1. Can I place an order?  Will it be delivered?

 Yes! The physical store of is open for order delivery via click away according to the instructions of the government, while it continues to receive orders electronically through and sends them via courier or transport company throughout Greece and Internationally.

 2. Has the preparation and shipping time of an order been affected?

 The staff of makes superhuman efforts to process, execute, invoice and send your order.  However, due to the fact that we have all turned to e-commerce these days, the workload has skyrocketed to unprecedented levels, resulting in significant delays in order processing.  That is why we ask for your understanding.

 3. Is it possible to exchange or return an order?

 Of course you can make an exchange through the procedure provided, but we must inform you that in this case too, the delays are much longer than usual, due to the workload but also the special management that requires an exchange in itself, in relation to  a new order. Exchanges and returns via click away are available as long as the customer has selected the new product electronically or via phone. Returns are also available although refunds are effected electronically only.

 4. Can I pay by cash on delivery?

 Although cash on delivery is a payment method that we have been supporting for many years, due to the current situation with COVID-19, this possibility, although activated and possible, is recommended to be avoided in accordance with the EODY instructions for contactless transactions.  It is our duty to protect both our employees - carriers and our customers, reducing face-to-face contact as much as possible.  However, if there is no other possibility of payment such as by cardby PayPal or by bank deposit then of course you can pay by cash on delivery to the courier (for derliveries in Greece). Cash payment is not permitted for click away orders.

 5. Is it safe to receive a parcel from, due to COVID-19?

 We take all necessary precautions against COVID-19 to eliminate the risk of transmitting the virus to both our staff and the rest of the supply chain.  After all, the risk of the virus being transmitted through a package remains small, as the package traveling from our warehouse to the final recipient goes through many different temperature ranges and is surrounded, resulting in a reduced chance of the virus surviving.

 In any case, we recommend the customer to disinfect the package he receives, either with an antiseptic wipe or with a cloth soaked in alcohol.

 6. Is it possible to receive orders from the physical store of

 Yes, from Monday 14th of December, the receipt of parcels from our physical store, is available via click away.

 7. Is it possible to customize / repair products purchased from the store or electronically?

 No.  Due to the situation prevailing with COVID-19, we have to maintain the safety and health of both the staff that makes customizations / repairs and our customers, therefore this service is not offered at this time.
